Introducing Kareena Ballard…
Kareena is a proven high achiever with excellent people skills who is passionate about her profession, whilst ensuring her clients are happy with their property decisions. Following a successful nursing career where she was sister in charge of the burns and plastic surgery unit, Kareena decided that she needed a new challenge!

Kareena’s real estate career spans over 30 years, in which time she has accrued a number of high accolades to her name, with her more treasured award being the esteemed REIWA Kevin Sullivan Award Individual Excellence and Achievement in Real Estate along with her award of Life Membership of the Real Estate Institute of WA. Kareena then went on to become the first female President of both REIWA and of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Kareena is an Order of Australia recipient for her contribution to work force training in the construction and property services industry, the real estate profession, and the community.

Introducing Adrian Ballard…
Adrian commenced his real estate career in 1995 with an inner-city development firm dealing in both residential and commercial properties. Throughout his 20 years in real estate, Adrian has gained a wealth of knowledge in commercial and residential project management and sales, encompassing all aspects of development including planning, management, construction, sales and leasing. This knowledge means that Adrian is well equipped to provide you with the very best advice and service for all of your real estate needs.

After joining the family business in 1999 (then Quin Ballard Real Estate), Adrian quickly progressed to being one of the top selling representatives in the area, collecting a swag of REIWA sales excellence awards along the way.

Adrian is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is a Director of Jones Ballard Property Group, his role involves overseeing as Licensee the day to day operations of the Bull Creek branch office and of course, selling real estate across all areas of Perth.
