WHAT THE OWNER SAYS
The open plan living, the under stair storage and the outside are our favourite areas of the house. Having free flowing space on the ground level was important as we found that many townhouses in Como don't have open plan kitchen/living/dining. Having the one big space allowed us to change it up as our needs altered and our family grew. The kitchen has lots of storage and bench space which suited our love of cooking and entertaining.
The easy access to the outside and the size of the outdoor areas (we dined out the back, lounged down the side) meant we could easily entertain our friends and family.
The location is one of our most favourite parts of Perth, close to the train station, 5 minutes from the city and walking distance to a great cafe strip, pub and one of Perth's best IGAs.
